GUIDELINES

• All registration fees must be paid in advance to: MCI Middle East LLC - Office Suite #902 | Level 9 | Dubai World Trade Centre. Dubai, UAE.
• You can pay via the below mentioned methods:
  1. Credit Card Payment
  2. Bank Transfer (You will receive the invoice & bank details via email)
• Registration fees entitle participant to attend all general and concurrent sessions, entrance to exhibition and welcome reception, lunch and coffee breaks.
• Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt.
• Registration fees apply as per the date of payment.

• For administrative and preparatory reasons, online registration is possible until 10 December 2024 (GMT+ 4). After this date, we advise you to register and pay the applicable onsite registration fees at the venue, during congress registration hours, commencing on 12 December 2024.
• For administrative purpose, a copy of your ID is required as a proof to avail the registration fee for International Delegate APAAACI Member & Resident/Trainee/Student.

A REGISTERED DELEGATE IS ENTITLED TO THE CONGRESS WORKSHOP
Please register should you wish to attend; it is complimentary registration. Since there are limited seats, registration would be on first come first serve basis.

• Participate in all Scientific Session of the Conference.
• Admission to the Exhibition.
• Attend Welcome Reception.
